I have lived in Marysville, Washington since 1995. I am a Managing Broker with Windermere Real Estate M2 LLC. My Real Estate practice and my life are based on lasting relationships built on trust, confidence, friendship and hard work. Before getting my real estate license in 1995, I worked for West One Mortgage in Boise Idaho for eight years. Five of those years I was in charge of auditing the 40,000 + loans for compliance with FHA, VA, Conventional, FHLMC and FNMA compliance for mortgage loans and mortgage loan servicing operations. The other three years I was manager of the servicing operations escrow division. My experience in real estate marketing and sales combined with this background of mortgage loan production and servicing loans after closing is very beneficial both to me as a professional Realtor and to you as my client.
A Little Bit About Me Personally:
My husband, Hank and I have been married since 1973; we have one son, Travis, a daughter-in-law, Nini and a beautiful granddaughter, Nico. Hank and I were both farm kids from Oregon. Hank has been employed in the aviation industry his entire adult life. For fun and relaxation, I like to do anything with my family, working in the yard, and boating.
